How can Postboard be free?
We're building infrastructure for independent professionals. The more people who use Postboard, the more valuable the network becomes. We make money when successful users choose to upgrade for premium features like custom domains and advanced analytics. We'll never take a percentage of your earnings.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. The Free tier is a complete product, not a trial. You get up to 3 services, 10 AI-generated proposals per month, and full payment processing. Free proposals show a small 'Built on Postboard' badge — that's our only ask. Upgrade to Starter to remove it.
What's the Founding 100?
Our first 100 Starter subscribers get locked in at $19/month — forever. The price never goes up, even if we raise prices later. It's our way of rewarding early supporters.
Will you start charging commission later?
