Does Postboard replace my website?

It can, or it can complement it. Your Postboard profile is a professional landing page with services, reviews, and a proposal request button. Many professionals use it as their primary link. Others use it alongside their existing site.

Is there really no catch with the free plan?

No catch. Free includes your profile, AI-powered proposals, integrated payments, project tracking, and review collection. We believe free should work for real — that’s one of our commitments.

What happens to my reputation if I leave?

You take it with you. Every verified transaction on your ledger is cryptographically signed and exportable — proposals, contracts, completed projects, and reviews. We think a reputation you can’t leave with isn’t really yours, so we built the system to prove the opposite.
